NIFTY Aug. expiry future last closed at 7800 with 54 points gain. In Intraday NIFTY, future made high at 7811 while low was at 7748. Total almost 63 points intraday range and closed with gain on another buying as well as short covering. On futures side, +1.83% open interest build up suggest strong long addition. On option side, 7800 call options writing was seen which is upcoming resistance. For Monday expect another short covering rally but keep protective stop loss below 7740 for long positions.

 

BANKNIFTY Aug. expiry future last closed at 15,112 with gain of 171 points. In intraday BANK NIFTY, future hit high at 15,195 while low was at 14,960. Total 250 points intraday range and closed with gain. On futures, side +2.43% open interest build up suggest strong long addition. On option side 15,500 call options writing has been seen. For Monday traders above 14,900 keep, buy on dips view for banknifty and keep targets around 15,300 to 15,350.

 

India VIX active future last closed at 1445 flat. In intraday NVIX hit high at 1445 while low was at 1445. Total 0 points intraday range and closed with loss. On futures, side +0% open interest addition seen. For Monday, expect technical bounce back.

 

Bank of Baroda stock closed at 877 with gain. In intraday stock hit high at 886 while low was near 865. For tomorrow, traders can buy this stock near 870-875 levels with strict stop loss 860 for targets 900-910.
