Banknifty Sep future today closed at 16545 with loss of 670 points. In intraday banknifty future hit high at 17025 while low was at 16455. Total 575 points intraday range and closed with heavy loss on fresh shorting. 14% addition in open interest suggest fresh short addition. 18000 call option writing continues for banknifty. On chart 16500 is strong support and I expect market to give strong reversal from here. If sustain below 16500 then expect deep downside for banknifty as well a nifty in short term.
