Nifty Sep future today closed at 7563 with loss of 101 points. In intraday nifty hit high around 7725 while low was at 7560. Total 165 points intraday swing and closing near day low. Almost 2% addition in open interest suggest fresh shorts added to market. Nifty 8000 call option writing seen in intraday. Here watch 7550 spot on closing basis, closing below it means another round of margin calls in market for target 7130. Reversal from 7550 means 8085 target till Sep expiry!!
Banknifty Sep future today closed at 15800 with loss of 350 points. In intraday banknifty hit high around 16318 while low was at 15793. Total 550 points intraday swing and closing near days low. 7% plus addition in open interest shows strong hands added fresh shorts in markets. Banknifty 17000 call option writing seen in intraday. Banknifty today breached 16200 support on strong price and volume suggesting fresh breakdown for target 15200 and now 16200 remain as stop loss as well as resistance level.
In nifty 50 stock, today 8 stocks hit fresh 52 weeks low. NMDC and BOSCHLTD closed with 4% loss. While TECHM and HDFC closed with 1-2% gains. In F&O stocks, PTC and SOUTHBANK closed with 3 to 4% gains while AMTECKAUTO lost 12% and STAR closed with 7% loss. In buzzing stocks, BANARBEADS stock closed with 15% gains and FINANTECH with 115 gains.
