Nifty Sep future today closed at 7752 with loss of 47 points. In intraday nifty future hit high around 7874 while low was at 150 points intraday range and closed with loss on continues selling. 3% addition in open interest shows fresh shorts added to market today. Option side, nifty 8200 call option writing continues. Here still view remain buy and accumulate till nifty spot not gives close below 7667. Expect sharp short covering v rally in this series. As nifty almost completed intermediate correction next top can be expected around 9250 to 9550 levels. For long term investors this will be golden opportunity to enter in best stocks.
Banknifty Sep future today closed at 16289 with loss of 275 points. In intraday banknifty future hit high around 16779 while low was at 16230. Total almost 600 points intraday range is seen and another downside due to lack of buyers. 20% addition in open interest shows heavy shorts addition in banknifty. Banknifty 18000 call option writing was seen today. Here also keep accumulate view on decline strategy for big gains in Sep series.
In nifty 50 stocks, BHEL and ONGC lost 4 to 5% while TECHM and IDEA rallied 4 to 5%. In F&O stocks, SUNTV and RELCAPITAL are top gainers with 10 to 6% gains while UNIONBANK and LICHSGFIN lost 6% each. In buzzing stocks, JINDRILL and DISHMAN rallied by 16 to 20%.
